8120 Chapman Road, Bozeman sits on 17+ acres with a 1,700+ sq ft charming 1900s farmhouse. This property sold SO QUICKLY and practically off the market. This was one of my favorite listings because of the hard work, dedication, grit these sellers and myself put into the property to make it shine.
