This week we are comparing Bozeman City Limits statistics to Outside Bozeman City Limits for August 2020

Single Family Homes within City Limits sold for 100% of their asking price with an average sales price of $622,766 while homes Outside City Limits sold for 98.2% of their asking price with an average sales price of $1,027,730. 

More properties are coming onto the marking inside the City as new listings totaled 58 while Outside City Limits there was 48.  Less properties are selling inside the City as August totaled 71 closed sales and outside the city 76 properties sold.

In August 2020, Single Family Homes in Bozeman City Limits sold for 100% of their asking price! 

73 homes have gone under contract and 71 homes have sold! Here at Tamara Williams and Company we placed 13 properties under contract and sold 7 others. Take a look at our August 2020 Production.
